Ilford SFX 200/120 Film

Ilford SFX 200 is a very unusual panchromatic black-and-white film. This is because it has enhanced sensitivity to red light—740 nanometers. This makes it the closest thing to infrared films, which have long since been discontinued.

The special feature of SFX 200 is that, when shooting with a red filter, you can achieve an effect similar to infrared film used with an infrared filter. Your photos will be enhanced by rich contrast and unusual tonal rendition—the sky may even turn black.⠀
