We know you want to see your scans or pick up your finished prints as soon as possible. That's why we try to complete all orders as quickly as we can. We usually managed to do everything within a day, but power outages have changed that.
Film development and scanning

We usually develop color film within 24 hours. Our color machine can run on an inverter, so power outages do not always affect turnaround times. However, because the lab is busy, you may sometimes have to wait a little longer.
[bw film]
The turnaround time is 24 hours. But everything here depends on the power supply: the black-and-white machine only works when there is electricity. As soon as it's possible, we get to work. If there is no power, turnaround times may be extended.
[motion picture film]
Film development takes at least 48 hours. We collect films in batches and develop them every two days, and the work itself is only possible when there is power. Therefore, orders may be delayed during power outages.
Photo printing
If there is no electricity, orders wait their turn and are sent to print as soon as power is restored.
❗️Please note that this service operates until 17:00, and we accept print orders with this cutoff time in mind.
What if you have to wait longer?
If your order is delayed, it doesn't mean we've forgotten about it. We continue working and resume processing as soon as possible.
