We are open daily from 11 AM to 7 PM.
Delivery in Kyiv:
If you need it here and now – we can send it by taxi.
Call a car from Fotovramci to the desired location. Delivery cost = taxi fare.
What about the timing?
If you place an order before 6:00 PM – we can send it the same day at any time convenient for you.
If after 6:00 PM – we will send it tomorrow, whenever it suits you.
Delivery across Ukraine:
You can pick up your order at any Nova Poshta branch. We strive to ship orders on the same day.
Delivery times can be found on the Nova Poshta website. Usually, it takes 2-3 days, sometimes just one day.
How to send us film for developing and scanning:
You can do this from anywhere in Ukraine. Place your order on the website or in the Telegram bot. At the end, you will receive a number; mark it on the container and send the film to us via Nova Poshta.

Warranty and Returns:
We provide a 12-month warranty on new Fujifilm cameras.
For all other products, the warranty is valid according to current legislation.
When buying cameras from our flea market, you also get a 14-day warranty, so be sure to test it within this period.
