An empty film is one that hasn't been exposed to light.
The reasons for this could be:
- The film was loaded incorrectly from the start. Next time, ask our admins to teach you how to do it.
- Your camera is malfunctioning. Maybe the shutter broke or something else. In that case, it's better to replace it or take it to a repair shop.
- Maybe something got mixed up and you submitted undeveloped film for processing?
Don't be sad! You'll shoot many more awesome films. Especially now that you know more. ♡(>ᴗ•)
