Admin
An admin is first and foremost friendly and genuinely eager to help. In this job, it’s important to learn quickly and apply what you’ve learned when advising customers.
This person knows exactly how to load film, which black-and-white film to choose from 40 options, how Polaroid differs from Instax, and what to give friends as gifts. They can also help with cameras and load film correctly. With them, customers feel comfortable and confident. Does this sound like you? Then go for it!
We need you to be:

Responsibilities:
- processing orders;
- consulting customers about film/cameras/other products;
- helping customers;
- maintaining the customer database;
- maintaining product presentation;
- filling out electronic documentation;
- a clean and beautiful store.

Lab Specialist (vacancy closed)
A lab specialist is an extremely important and responsible person. You work with someone’s memories, projects, and photo sessions—every detail matters here. But don’t be afraid of this responsibility—at the beginning, you’ll have an experienced mentor who will teach you everything you need to know. With time, you’ll know all the chemical ratios and the location of every button on the machine by heart.
We need you to be:
- super responsible;
- incredibly attentive to details and nuances;
- reliable and a team player;
- with a strong desire to learn and understand the developing and scanning processes.
Responsibilities:
- developing color, black-and-white, and motion-picture film, and working with developing equipment;
- scanning film and working with the relevant equipment;
- printing photos on a minilab;
- administrative tasks related to supporting and organizing workflows.
