The Lomography company are renowned enthusiasts of instant photography and among its leading modern-day proponents. They are constantly working on new products and improving those already released. In short, they are doing a great job.
On the last day of summer 2016, Lomography introduced a new-old camera: the Lomo'Instant AUTOMAT. They presented the development on Kickstarter, organizing a fundraising campaign to launch the new camera. In keeping with their best fundraising traditions, they reached the required amount in just 1 day (they planned to raise $100,000, but managed to attract $140,000 in 24 hours).
According to the creators, they used the agility and functionality of their first creation, the Lomo'Instant, as the basis for the camera, added creative possibilities like those of the Lomo'Instant Wide, and created a camera "on an entirely higher level" - the Lomo'Instant AUTOMAT.
The Lomo'Instant Automat is a camera for everyone: professionals, geeks, amateurs, glamorous ladies, beginners, and even children and grandmothers. The camera automatically adjusts the aperture, shutter speed, and flash power, so photos will be perfectly illuminated in any shooting conditions. The camera is highly portable and very easy to use.
Lomography have taken care of all the technical details, so you can focus on creating wonderful photographs, capturing even the most fleeting beautiful moments and sharing them instantly, wherever you are.
Shoot boldly, seek inspiration and create your own universe (c)
