The company Lomography are avid instant photography enthusiasts and some of its main modern-day advocates. They constantly work on new products and improve those already released. In short, they are doing a great job.
On the last day of summer 2016, Lomography introduced a new-old camera: the Lomo'Instant AUTOMAT. They presented the development on Kickstarter, launching a crowdfunding campaign to produce the new camera. True to their best fundraising traditions, they raised the required amount in just one day (they planned to raise $100,000, but managed to attract $140,000 in 24 hours).
According to the creators, they based the camera on the agility and functionality of their first creation, the Lomo'Instant, added creative features from the Lomo'Instant Wide, and ended up with a camera "an order of magnitude higher" – the Lomo'Instant AUTOMAT.
The Lomo'Instant Automat is a camera for everyone: professionals, geeks, amateurs, glamorous ladies, beginners, and even children and grandmothers. The camera automatically adjusts aperture, shutter speed, and flash power, so photos will be perfectly lit in any shooting situation. The camera is easily portable and very simple to use.
