Analog photography is alive! And this has once again been proven by the guys from The Impossible Project, announcing the release of their debut instant camera - the I-1.

The Impossible Project I-1 is a camera that stands on the border between two worlds. On one side: the nostalgic pleasure of instant cameras, minimalist design that somewhat reminds us of Polaroid cameras; on the other side: digital control, which we are so used to in the 21st century. What digital control, you ask? We'll explain now. Using the appropriate iOS app, you can control the camera, namely: adjust the shutter speed, aperture, flash, and choose one of several preset filters. The connection is made via Bluetooth connection.

Here are some examples of shots that can be taken with this new instant device.

The camera will be available for sale on May 10, 2016, and its price will be $299.
